NGP VAN has launched Inbox Insights, an AI enhanced dashboard designed to help Democratic and progressive campaigns manage and improve email deliverability, announced in a press release.

Inbox Insights consolidates data from multiple sources into a single platform, allowing digital teams to track performance, identify issues, and optimize campaigns. The system provides domain level insights, automated MX checks for email list validation, and tools to monitor engagement trends.

The platform includes a multi agent chatbot that allows users to ask natural language questions and generate charts or analyses from campaign data. It is built for small to mid sized campaigns and organizations that need consistent inbox placement to reach supporters.

Inbox Insights will be offered as a premium service to existing NGP VAN clients, starting with partner firms that manage deliverability across multiple domains.
