Next Securities Establishes U.S. Subsidiary for Global Expansion
Next Securities has announced the establishment of its first overseas subsidiary, Next Markets Corp., in Delaware, U.S., announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to lay the groundwork for the company's global expansion.
The decision to establish the U.S. subsidiary was approved at a board meeting on September 26, and the incorporation process is currently underway. Next Markets Corp. will be wholly owned by Next Securities and will start with an initial capital investment of USD 1 million. Seungyeon Kim, CEO of Next Securities, will lead the new U.S. entity.
The establishment of Next Markets Corp. is closely tied to the company's development of an AI- and content-driven financial platform. This new subsidiary will enhance financial and technology consulting capabilities and support global initiatives by building local networks and expanding services into global markets. The move is expected to open new partnerships and business opportunities, providing a strategic infrastructure for scaling services globally.
