Dyna.Ai Starts Auto Insurance Sales AI Pilot in Japan

Dyna.Ai Japan, DOLBIX Consulting, and Nikkoku Soft will run an AI insurance sales support proof of concept at Toyota Corolla Kagawa dealerships starting in August 2026.

Dyna.Ai Japan announced in a press release a joint proof of concept with DOLBIX Consulting and Nikkoku Soft for an Auto Insurance Sales Support AI platform for Japanese car dealerships. The pilot is scheduled to begin in August 2026 and will be tested in Toyota Corolla Kagawa showrooms with support from Remolif and Toyota Corolla Kagawa.

The platform will assist licensed sales representatives during customer conversations. Its planned functions include instant policy lookup, compliance checklists, and automatic discussion summaries.

The companies said the system is designed to support procedures tied to Japan's Insurance Business Act and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Initial testing will focus on use in showroom conditions, with more features planned from late 2026.
