Prevail Bank Selects Jack Henry for Core Banking and AI Fraud Tools

Prevail Bank selected Jack Henry for core processing, digital banking, payments, workflow automation, and fraud detection tools, including AI assisted drafting for Suspicious Activity Report narratives.

Prevail Bank has selected Jack Henry for core processing, digital banking, payments, workflow automation, and fraud detection tools, the company said in a press release.

The Medford, Wisconsin based mutual bank will use the Banno Digital Platform for digital banking and Banno Conversations for secure customer communications. It will also use Tap2Local to help small business clients accept digital payments, Enterprise Workflow to automate manual processes, and Jack Henry Financial Crimes Defender for fraud detection and BSA compliance.

Jack Henry said its open ecosystem can connect with more than 1,000 third party fintechs. The company also said Financial Crimes Defender includes AI assisted drafting of Suspicious Activity Report narratives, which saves at least one hour per suspicious activity investigation.
