Netic and American Residential Services Deploy AI Customer Service Platform
Netic announced in a press release a strategic partnership with American Residential Services to deploy its AI platform across ARS customer service operations.
The platform will be integrated into ARS Connect, the home services provider's proprietary system. Netic said its AI agents will handle routine interactions, add surge capacity, and provide current scheduling and appointment availability to customer service specialists.
ARS provides HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home services across the United States. Netic said ARS selected its platform after evaluating AI systems for agent performance, enterprise platform flexibility, product speed, and engineering collaboration.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
