NetDocuments Reports 72% Growth in APAC as Legal AI Adoption Accelerates

NetDocuments has reported 72% year-over-year growth in the Asia-Pacific region, driven by law firms adopting its AI-powered document management tools, including the ndMAX Legal AI Assistant and agentic editing features integrated with Microsoft Word.

NetDocuments has achieved 72% year-over-year growth in the Asia-Pacific region, according to a press release. The company now serves more than 20,000 legal professionals across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan, as firms adopt its AI-driven document management and workflow automation tools.

The growth has been supported by the adoption of the ndMAX Legal AI Assistant, which enables users to query their document collections and generate insights directly within the platform. NetDocuments has also introduced an agentic editing tool integrated into Microsoft Word, allowing users to request and apply edits through AI assistance.

The ndMAX Studio provides a library of AI applications for document classification, judicial trend analysis, and contract review, while the AI App Builder allows customization and creation of new tools. Law firms including McInnes Wilson, Norman Waterhouse, and McCullough Robertson have reported workflow improvements and enhanced security when using the system.

NetDocuments will host its annual Inspire APAC user conference in Melbourne on November 18, where industry leaders and legal professionals will discuss innovations in document management and legal technology.
