MSPAlliance Adds AI Risk Monitoring to Cyber Verify Platform

June 19, 2026
MSPAlliance has introduced an AI risk monitoring feature in its Cyber Verify program, giving managed service providers visibility into where AI systems hold operational authority across their vendor ecosystems.

MSPAlliance has added new AI risk monitoring capabilities to its Cyber Verify program, announced in a press release. The feature is available through the External Service Provider Dashboard and is designed to help managed service providers identify where AI systems make autonomous decisions within their vendor environments.

The dashboard highlights points where AI has operational authority, such as access, data control, or decision-making influence. It introduces a tiered system of indicators that show the level of AI involvement, from limited or supervised use to full autonomy over sensitive systems or workflows.

According to MSPAlliance, the new feature allows organizations to distinguish between tools with minimal AI impact and those where AI carries significant operational authority. This visibility helps leadership assess exposure and prioritize oversight based on observed conditions rather than vendor claims or abstract scoring models.

The AI Risk indicators are now active within the Cyber Verify External Service Provider Dashboard, enabling immediate identification and monitoring of AI-related risks across managed service environments.
