Laxco and Media Cybernetics Launch LEAP AI Imaging Platform for Life Sciences
Laxco and Media Cybernetics have launched LEAP AI, an integrated imaging and analysis platform for life science research, announced in a press release. The system combines Laxco's Accuva LEAP optical technology with Media Cybernetics' AI-powered Image-Pro software to streamline imaging workflows from acquisition to automated analysis.
LEAP AI is designed to enhance laboratory efficiency by automating many manual imaging processes and reducing variability between users. It provides tools for data visualization, reporting, and AI-driven image interpretation, allowing researchers to obtain faster and more consistent results.
According to the announcement, the platform aims to help scientists focus more on analysis and discovery by simplifying the technical aspects of imaging and data processing.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
