Iozera Acquires Houston Data Center to Expand AI-as-a-Service Network

November 10, 2025
Iozera has agreed to acquire a fully operational 4.5-megawatt data center in Houston, Texas, which it plans to expand into a 10-megawatt AI-ready facility. The site will serve as part of the company's network of AI factories designed for real-time inference and fine-tuning workloads.

Iozera has agreed to acquire a fully operational 4.5-megawatt data center in Houston, Texas, announced in a press release. The company plans to expand the facility into a 10-megawatt, AI-ready multi-tenant hub, forming the first in a planned network of AI factories designed to deliver real-time inference and fine-tuning capabilities for enterprise users.

The upgraded site will be powered by NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs and will use ZutaCore HyperCool direct-to-chip, waterless liquid-cooling technology. Schneider Electric will provide technical expertise in system optimization, while Pegatron will supply GPU servers and support hardware integration. Together, these partnerships aim to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability across Iozera’s infrastructure.

Iozera’s AI-as-a-Service model integrates high-density GPU clusters with a trained human workforce for continuous model supervision and refinement. Operating near major data sources like the Texas Medical Center, the Houston facility will enable enterprises to deploy and manage AI workloads with reduced latency and improved control.
