Infomedia Acquires Veact to Expand Automotive Aftersales in Europe

Infomedia has acquired Munich-based Veact GmbH to strengthen its automotive aftersales operations in Europe. The deal combines Veact’s expertise in data-driven customer activation with Infomedia’s knowledge of vehicle and service information.

Infomedia has acquired Munich-based Veact, announced in a press release. Financial terms were not disclosed. Veact specializes in data-driven customer activation, predictive service marketing, and aftersales customer management for the automotive industry.

The acquisition expands Infomedia’s presence in Europe and strengthens its global aftersales ecosystem. By combining Veact’s expertise in customer and vehicle data with Infomedia’s experience in vehicle, service, and parts information, the companies aim to offer a unified platform for original equipment manufacturers and dealer networks.

Veact supports over 1,000 dealer locations in the EMEA region and works with several international automotive brands. The integration will allow clients to manage the vehicle lifecycle more efficiently using data from customer, service, and dealer systems. Infomedia’s relationship with Munich-based AI company Intellegam is expected to accelerate innovation in predictive analytics, automation, and customer engagement.
