Dassault Systèmes to Acquire ArisGlobal from Nordic Capital

July 23, 2026
Nordic Capital has agreed to sell life sciences software provider ArisGlobal to Dassault Systèmes. The deal marks a full exit for Nordic Capital following its investment in 2019 and is expected to close in the second half of 2026, pending regulatory approval.

In a press release, Nordic Capital announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell ArisGlobal to Dassault Systèmes. The transaction represents a full exit for Nordic Capital and is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.

ArisGlobal, founded in 1989 and based in Waltham, Massachusetts, develops regulatory, safety, and quality software for the life sciences industry. Its LifeSphere platform integrates compliance, pharmacovigilance, and clinical data workflows, while incorporating automation and AI capabilities to reduce manual processing.

Nordic Capital first invested in ArisGlobal in 2019 and made a follow-on investment in 2021. During its ownership, Nordic Capital and ArisGlobal’s management team migrated the company’s products to a cloud-based architecture, expanded the product portfolio, and launched NavaX, a generative AI solution for safety case processing.

Following the acquisition, Dassault Systèmes will combine its research, clinical development, and manufacturing tools with ArisGlobal’s regulatory and safety software to create a broader offering across the life sciences value chain.
