Vendavo to Acquire Model N’s High Tech Business Unit
Vendavo has signed an agreement to acquire Model N's High Tech business unit to strengthen its position in semiconductor and high tech manufacturing according to a press release. The acquisition is subject to closing.
Vendavo's pricing, quoting, and rebate tools will be combined with Model N's channel data management and execution systems. This integration is intended to create a unified platform for managing the full revenue lifecycle, from pricing through channel execution to net price realization.
Following completion, Model N will continue operating its life sciences business. Vendavo plans to maintain existing Model N customer systems and teams while offering an expanded unified platform that connects pricing, rebates, and channel management with improved visibility of margins and performance.
The company stated that the acquisition will enhance its AI capabilities for high tech and semiconductor manufacturers, with continued investment in customer solutions and innovations across revenue and channel management.
