UVeye and Mesilla Valley Transportation Deploy AI Vehicle Inspections Across North America
UVeye has partnered with Mesilla Valley Transportation to deploy automated vehicle inspection systems across MVT’s commercial trucking operations in North America, announced in a press release.
The partnership introduces UVeye’s computer vision inspection technology to MVT’s fleet, enabling drive-through scans that detect exterior, underbody, tire, and mechanical issues within seconds. The system supports Class 6 to 8 trucks and complies with CTPAT17 requirements in the United States and the United Kingdom, performing a 17-point inspection process.
Inspection results are delivered through digital reports designed to improve operational consistency and safety. UVeye’s systems are already used by companies such as Amazon, General Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, Hertz, and Subaru of America. The firm operates more than 1,000 systems globally, scanning over 3 million vehicles per month.
To mark the launch, UVeye and MVT held a ribbon-cutting event on June 24, 2026, at MVT’s operations control center in El Paso, Texas, demonstrating how automated imaging and reporting can enhance fleet maintenance and safety standards.
