Improving has acquired InfraCloud, enhancing its development capabilities in Asia and increasing its annualized revenue to over $270 million.

Improving has acquired InfraCloud, a company specializing in AI cloud services and application modernization, announced in a press release. This acquisition allows Improving to leverage InfraCloud's expertise in cloud-native technologies and expand its development services into Asia, particularly with a workforce based in Pune, India.

The acquisition is expected to boost Improving's annualized revenue to exceed $270 million. InfraCloud's leadership team will remain in place, continuing to lead and expand the business while integrating with Improving's extensive portfolio of services.

Curtis Hite, CEO of Improving, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, highlighting the strengthened expertise in cloud-native technologies and AI-driven infrastructure. Girish Shilamkar, Founder and CEO of InfraCloud, also shared excitement about the partnership, emphasizing the alignment in culture and values between the two companies.
