FormativGroup acquired Saige Consulting, adding AI implementation, software engineering and technology strategy services to its business applications and data architecture platform.

FormativGroup announced in a press release that it acquired Saige Consulting, an AI and technology consulting firm. FormativGroup is backed by Rockbridge Growth Equity.

Saige adds technology strategy, software development and AI implementation services to FormativGroup's existing work in business applications, workflow design and data architecture. Its teams also help public and private sector organizations apply cloud systems, data tools, AI and automation to operational workflows.

The combined company will provide services spanning technology strategy, platform design, engineering and implementation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
