IFS has announced a 30% increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for the first half of 2025, announced in a press release. The company attributes this growth to its innovative Industrial AI solutions and strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of TheLoops.

IFS's cloud revenue also saw a significant rise of 37% year-over-year, with recurring revenue now making up 82% of the total revenue. The company has successfully attracted 130 leading industrial brands, such as Arcelor Mittal and Japan Airlines, to its platform.

In addition to organic growth, IFS has launched Nexus Black, an AI innovation accelerator, which is delivering scalable solutions for complex industries. This initiative, along with the acquisition of TheLoops, marks a new era for enterprise software, enabling self-learning AI agents to operate in real-time environments.

The company's CEO, Mark Moffat, emphasized the connection between IFS's performance and its AI innovations, highlighting the demand for AI solutions that solve real-world problems at scale.
