Infosys Reports 2.6% Sequential Growth Driven by Enterprise AI
Infosys has reported a sequential growth of 2.6% in constant currency for the first quarter, driven by its enterprise AI capabilities, announced in a press release. The company achieved $4,941 million in Q1 revenues, marking a year-on-year growth of 3.8%. The operating margin stood at 20.8%, with a strong free cash flow generation of $884 million.
Infosys secured large deal wins worth $3.8 billion, with 55% of these being net new, showcasing its competitive advantage in client consolidation. The company has revised its FY26 revenue guidance to 1%-3% while maintaining its margin guidance at 20%-22%.
The company also highlighted its strategic collaborations with various organizations to enhance digital transformation and operational efficiency. These partnerships include extensions with Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., AIB, E.ON, and others, focusing on leveraging AI and digital technologies to improve service quality and operational resilience.
