Hikvision Launches Guanlan AI Models for Advanced AIoT Solutions

Hikvision has introduced its Guanlan Large-Scale AI Models, designed to enhance AIoT applications with advanced computer vision and natural language processing capabilities.

Hikvision has announced the launch of its Guanlan Large-Scale AI Models, a suite of machine learning engines pre-trained on deep industry knowledge, announced in a press release. These models are designed to excel in computer vision, natural language processing, and multimodal fusion, setting a new benchmark for AI-powered Internet of Things (AIoT) applications.

The Guanlan models feature a three-tier architecture, comprising foundation models, industry models, and task models. This architecture supports a wide range of applications, from foundational functionality to complex scenario applications. Key product highlights include the DeepinViewX Cameras, which double video content analysis range and reduce perimeter false alarms by over 90%, and the AcuSeek NVRs, which allow users to search video footage using natural language queries.

Hikvision's expanded AIoT portfolio will soon include HeatPro-Series Thermal Cameras and Intelligent Checkpoint Cameras, both enhanced by Guanlan's capabilities. These advancements are part of Hikvision's strategy to shift focus from video security to broader AIoT applications, leveraging large-scale AI models to drive digital transformation across various sectors.
