GS Microelectronics Acquires Sinble Technology to Boost TSMC Design Capabilities
GS Microelectronics has acquired Sinble Technology Vietnam to enhance its design expertise in TSMC-based advanced process nodes, announced in a press release. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen GSME's capabilities in delivering high-performance custom silicon solutions, particularly in high-performance computing and artificial intelligence applications.
The acquisition is part of GSME's global expansion strategy, supported by strong investors and a growing presence in regions like Taiwan and the GCC. Sinble Technology brings a skilled team with a track record of successful projects using TSMC's advanced process nodes, which will now be integrated into GSME's operations.
Farhat Jahangir, President and CEO of GSME, stated that this acquisition aligns with the company's growth roadmap and enhances its ability to meet the complex demands of its diverse customer base. Kevin Koh, President of Sinble Technology, expressed excitement about joining GSME, highlighting the opportunity for greater global exposure and access to more complex design challenges.
