Funnel's Forum Highlights AI Innovations in Multifamily Industry

Funnel's Forum saw a 40% increase in attendance, unveiling new AI-powered tools for the multifamily sector, including Sierra-powered chat and free Insights call-scoring.

Funnel concluded its annual Forum with significant AI announcements, drawing 12% of all professionally managed apartment representatives. Attendance at the event increased by 40% compared to its inaugural year, announced in a press release.

The Forum introduced several new AI-powered tools, including the launch of Sierra-powered chat functionality for all CRM customers and the release of a resident AI. Additionally, Funnel announced that its Insights call-scoring and renter behavior tool would now be free for all customers.

The event featured thought leadership from industry figures such as Nicholas Thompson, CEO of The Atlantic, and Clay Bavor, CEO of Sierra. Attendees also enjoyed entertainment from Micah and friends of Iration, and comedian Aaron Weber.

Next year's Forum is scheduled for March 23-26, 2026, promising further advancements in AI and multifamily industry innovations.
