Fujitsu has signed a new licensing agreement with Palantir Technologies Japan for the Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (Palantir AIP), announced in a press release. This agreement, signed on August 5, 2025, allows Fujitsu to offer Palantir AIP to its customers in Japan, with plans for global expansion during fiscal 2025.

The partnership aims to integrate generative AI into business operations, enhancing Fujitsu's existing solutions by combining Palantir AIP with Fujitsu Uvance. This integration will support generative and agentic AI tasks, such as scenario simulation and root cause analysis, optimizing business processes for Fujitsu's clients.

Fujitsu and Palantir have been collaborating since 2020, focusing on data integration and digital transformation in Japan. The new agreement builds on their 2023 global agreement, which allowed Fujitsu to market and distribute Palantir Foundry. By leveraging Palantir AIP, Fujitsu aims to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for its customers, particularly in sectors like finance and defense.

Fujitsu plans to achieve sales of USD 100 million by the end of fiscal 2029 through this partnership, providing high-value offerings and supporting advanced decision-making across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, government, and finance.
