Financial Cents Launches Three AI Agents for Document Tasks

Financial Cents has released three AI agents that rename, validate and route files for accounting and bookkeeping firms.

Financial Cents announced in a press release three AI agents that handle document tasks for accounting and bookkeeping firms. AI File Renaming applies a firm's naming convention to uploaded files, AI File Validator checks the document type and accounting period, and AI File Routing sorts files into client folders.

The agents can work automatically or require staff approval. They flag decisions with low confidence for review, preserve original file names and retain original documents on their associated tasks.

The agents are included at no extra cost with every Financial Cents plan. Existing customers can access them under Settings and AI Agents.
