FERMÀT has raised $45 million in Series B funding, announced in a press release. The round was led by VMG Partners, with participation from existing investors including QED Investors, Greylock, Bain Capital Ventures, and Courtside Ventures. This investment aims to accelerate FERMÀT's mission to deliver hyper-personalized commerce experiences.

Founded in November 2021 by Rishabh Jain and Shreyas Kumar, FERMÀT has quickly established itself as a leader in the AI-native commerce space. The platform powers shopping journeys for major brands such as BISSELL, Backcountry, and Unilever, among others. The Series B funding will support the expansion of FERMÀT's agency partner program and further development of its platform capabilities.

FERMÀT's recent product innovations include the Pierre Strategize AI, which analyzes store performance and audience behavior to generate personalized commerce experiences, and the Commerce Brain, which tracks consumer behavior to provide insights into shopper engagement. These advancements are part of FERMÀT's strategy to enhance AI capabilities and data infrastructure, positioning the company as a category leader in personalized commerce technology.
