Faye Expands AI Consulting Across Claude, Fin and ElevenLabs
Faye announced in a press release an expansion of its AI consulting services for middle market and enterprise organizations. The practice covers strategy, implementation, training and ongoing managed services.
The services include Claude implementation, integration of Intercom's Fin agent with CRM and ERP systems, voice AI through ElevenLabs and custom enterprise agents through Airia. Airia projects can include AI firewalls, data loss prevention and Model Context Protocol connections.
Faye also supports AI features, automation and integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarAI, Zendesk and Freshworks. Its services include strategy workshops, fractional AI strategist support, governed rollouts and system integrations, followed by coaching, development hours, configuration and user training through its Axia managed service.
