Faye Acquires CRM Science to Expand Salesforce and AI Automation Capabilities

Faye has acquired CRM Science, a Salesforce and Agentforce partner, to enhance its AI automation and multi-platform integration services for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Faye has acquired CRM Science, a Salesforce and Agentforce partner, announced in a press release. The deal strengthens Faye’s Salesforce practice and expands its AI automation capabilities for mid-market and enterprise clients.

As part of the acquisition, all CRM Science employees and clients will join Faye. This integration gives CRM Science access to Faye’s suite of software optimization services and support across multiple platforms including SugarCRM, Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot.

This marks Faye’s 12th acquisition in the past decade. The company said the addition of CRM Science enhances its ability to deliver AI-driven automation and multi-platform integration, enabling clients to better connect Salesforce with other business-critical systems.
