emtelligent has introduced its next-generation Medical Language Engine, combining document AI, clinical data extraction, and chart review into an integrated platform for healthcare organizations.

Healthcare AI company emtelligent has launched its next-generation Medical Language Engine, a unified platform for transforming unstructured clinical data into structured, actionable information, announced in a press release.

The Medical Language Engine integrates emtelligent’s document AI, clinical data extraction, and AI-assisted chart review tools into a single offering. It processes unstructured data such as PDFs and clinical notes, creating structured knowledge graphs that allow for fast queries and summaries of patient histories.

The system includes Medical Document AI for categorizing and indexing complex medical documents, a data extraction module for structuring medical terms at scale, and an AI-assisted chart review feature for surfacing key clinical details. It is built on SNOMED clinical terminology and linked medical ontologies to ensure accuracy and adaptability across healthcare specialties.

The solution is API-ready, can be deployed as a complete system or modular components, and supports integration with large language models through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. emtelligent plans to demonstrate the platform at HLTH 2025 in Las Vegas from October 19 to 22.
