wisepatientAI Launches AI Search for Medical Records
wisepatientAI launches AI powered search for personal medical records, the company announced in a press release. Patients can ask questions in everyday language and receive answers based on information in their records.
The app collects records from multiple health care providers into a chronological profile. Users can review clinical notes, test results, conditions, medications, allergies, immunizations and procedures. Example queries include changes in A1c results, medications taken during a specific period and notes about previous symptoms.
The company says the feature can also help caregivers review records for family members. It is not intended to provide a diagnosis or replace medical advice. The free app is available for iOS and Android, and patient information is stored on AWS infrastructure.
