Eli Lilly and Company has selected Veeva Vault CRM for global use. Veeva says the system is part of its Vault CRM application suite and supports an AI based commercial model called Agentic Commercial.

Veeva Systems announced in a press release that Eli Lilly and Company has selected Veeva Vault CRM for global use.

Vault CRM is part of Veeva's Vault CRM application suite. Veeva says the suite provides the technology base for Agentic Commercial, a commercial model that uses AI in sales workflows.

Lilly said the move expands its strategic collaboration with Veeva. The announcement did not include a deployment timeline or financial terms.
