eHealth Technologies has released a Total Economic Impact study conducted by Forrester Consulting, showing that healthcare systems using its eHealth Connect platform achieved $5.9 million in quantified benefits and a 93% return on investment over three years, announced in a press release.

The study, based on interviews with decision-makers from four hospital systems, found $4.7 million in savings through reduced labor and operational costs, and $1.2 million in additional profit from more efficient first appointments and reduced patient leakage. Payback was reported in less than six months.

The AI-powered eHealth Connect platform aggregates and organizes medical records, images, and pathology data to streamline patient intake and improve care coordination. The company will discuss the findings during a November 20 webinar titled “AI & Interoperability in Action: Faster Care, Smarter ROI, Optimized Clinical Resources.”
