Ebix Risk Launches AI Certificate Compliance Platform

Ebix Risk has launched Ebix COI, an AI powered certificate of insurance compliance platform that connects policy data with contract requirements to close compliance gaps. The release was announced in a press release from the company.

The new platform introduces Policy and Contract Intelligence, an AI Assist Agent, and a self service model for managing compliance from intake through resolution. It is designed to move beyond data extraction by validating certificates against specific contract terms instead of generic templates.

Ebix COI uses AI to read vendor agreements, extract requirements, and confirm coverage accuracy. The AI Assist Agent automates deficiency identification, vendor communication, and resolution follow up. The platform is supported by three decades of Ebix’s domain expertise and a large dataset of certificates, policies, and endorsements.

The solution is available immediately, with demonstrations offered through the Ebix Risk website and at the RiskWorld 2026 event.
