In a press release, Doppel announced it has raised $70 million in a Series C funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The round brings the company’s total funding to $124 million and values it at over $600 million. New investors include George Kurtz, CEO of CrowdStrike, NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Aurum Partners, and athlete investors via the a16z Cultural Leadership Fund. Returning investors such as Andreessen Horowitz and South Park Commons also participated.

Doppel, an AI-native social engineering defense platform, plans to use the funds to accelerate product innovation across its Digital Risk Protection and Human Risk Management offerings. The company’s Simulation product, launched in August, has already contributed significantly to new bookings.

The platform uses agentic AI and a real-time threat graph to detect and neutralize threats across multiple communication channels. Doppel’s technology also provides deepfake-driven training simulations to strengthen employee defenses. The company reports 3x annual recurring revenue growth year over year and a fivefold increase in Fortune 500 customers.

Doppel has also collaborated with OpenAI to train autonomous AI agents capable of detecting and mitigating complex social engineering threats. The company protects over 200 customers, including brands such as Coinbase, Ramp, and Commerce, and continues to expand its team and international presence.
