DocuSign Introduces AI Contract Agents for Enhanced Agreement Management
DocuSign has introduced AI contract agents designed to transform the agreement management process, announced in a press release. These agents aim to accelerate workflows, reduce risks, and improve outcomes across the entire agreement lifecycle by analyzing contracts in seconds and flagging potential issues for human review.
The AI contract agents are part of DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform, which integrates various agreement processes into a single platform. The agents automate manual tasks, accelerate key processes, and connect every step of the agreement lifecycle, from search and review to drafting and negotiation.
Powered by DocuSign Iris, an AI engine, these agents offer customized insights and automation tailored to specific business needs. The first AI contract agents will be available in the U.S. by the end of the year, initially focusing on procurement and sales workflows to mitigate contract delays and compliance risks.
