The report highlights that AI-driven revenue cycle management improves reimbursement speed by 30–40% and achieves a 98.5% clean-claim rate. It also identifies manual workflows as the cause of 22% of coding-related denials.

According to the findings, cloud-based RCM systems reduce billing errors by 27% and support new capabilities such as AI-powered claim prediction, automated scrubbing, and real-time revenue dashboards. The report also notes that updated compliance requirements from CMS and NCCI are influencing billing practices across the industry.
