Cyberhaven Unveils Linea AI to Combat Shadow AI Risks
Cyberhaven has launched Linea AI, a platform aimed at mitigating the risks associated with shadow AI by tracking data lineage across users and endpoints. The platform, equipped with large lineage models (LLiMs), is designed to predict and prioritize security incidents, thereby reducing the mean time to respond (MTTR) by 80% and cutting down incidents requiring manual review by 90%.
Linea AI leverages computer vision and multi-modal AI to analyze data from various sources, including images and technical diagrams. A key feature, 'Let Linea AI Decide,' autonomously assesses policy violations and incident severity, helping to alleviate alert fatigue in security operations centers.
Cyberhaven's approach focuses on content and context inspection, providing a comprehensive view of data movement within organizations. This strategy enables the detection of over 50 critical risks per month that traditional tools might miss, offering enhanced visibility into data usage and security threats.
