Creatio Plans $300 Million Investment in Bank.AI
Creatio will invest $300 million in its Bank.AI platform from 2026 through 2028, the company announced in a press release. The spending will support product updates, deployment capabilities, customer training and partner programs.
Bank.AI combines Creatio's AI platform and CRM with banking agents for growth, service and operations. The agents handle tasks including customer acquisition, onboarding, customer service, compliance, regulatory reporting and back office operations.
Creatio also plans to add no code design tools, AI governance, integrations, security and observability features to AI Studio. The company said its financial services business grew 48% year over year.
