Consensus to Acquire Peel to Build AI Conversational Demo Platform
Consensus has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Peel, announced in a press release. Peel is an AI platform that converts static content into interactive two way conversations between buyers and sales teams. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions and approvals.
The acquisition aims to create what Consensus describes as the first AI native conversational demo platform. By combining Peel's AI conversational agents with Consensus' interactive demos and product tours, the company intends to enable dynamic experiences across websites, videos, and documents. Each interaction will capture user intent and adapt in real time to guide buyers through the purchasing journey.
Consensus plans to integrate Peel's technology into its platform to support a continuous buyer led experience. The combined system will provide revenue teams with a unified view of engagement and intent data while allowing buyers to receive personalized content for their role and industry. Customers of both platforms will continue to receive full support during the integration period.
