Conexiom Releases Relay for AI Order and Invoice Automation

Conexiom released Relay, an AI product that processes orders and invoices from PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, images, handwritten notes, and text messages.

Conexiom announced in a press release Conexiom Relay, an AI product for order and invoice automation for distributors and manufacturers. The product handles documents and messages that arrive as PDFs, email threads, spreadsheets, handwritten notes, images, and text messages.

Relay classifies incoming documents, extracts and validates data, corrects mismatches, and prepares the information for use in compatible enterprise resource planning systems. Conexiom says its automation works with more than 40 ERP systems.

The product includes an Intelligence Console trained on 15 years of order and invoice transaction knowledge. Its components include Conexiom Assist for requests and exceptions, Playbook for reusable workflow rules, Automation Analytics for tracking automation performance, and Revenue Signals for recommendations tied to upselling, cross selling, churn risk, and vendor cost savings.
