CompScience Partners with CMTA and Bender Insurance to Modernize Workers' Compensation
CompScience has partnered with the California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) and Bender Insurance Solutions to introduce a new AI-driven program designed to enhance workplace safety and reduce insurance costs for manufacturers in California. Announced in a press release, this initiative aims to address the challenges faced by over 35,000 manufacturers in the state, particularly small to medium-sized businesses.
The program leverages CompScience's AI technology, which integrates with existing camera systems to analyze workplace video footage and detect potential safety risks before they result in injuries. This proactive approach, termed "active insurance," shifts the focus from incident response to prevention, offering significant benefits to both employers and employees.
Underwritten by AmTrust Financial Services, the program provides coverage for over 300 manufacturing class codes and offers competitive pricing, including an exclusive 5% discount for CMTA members. It is available nationwide for multi-state manufacturers, making it accessible to a wide range of businesses seeking to improve safety and reduce costs.
