Coheso Enhances Legal Platform with Universal CLM Connector
Coheso has introduced a universal contract lifecycle management (CLM) connector to its AI-native work management platform, enhancing efficiency and collaboration for in-house legal teams. Announced in a press release, this new capability allows seamless integration and data mapping with CLM systems, streamlining legal workflows and improving data visibility.
The integration enables information captured through Coheso's legal front door to be utilized throughout CLM systems, initiating downstream processes and populating contract templates. This enhancement reduces friction, eliminates duplicative data entry, and ensures consistency across legal and business operations. Fields are easily mapped between the Coheso platform and a client's CLM, allowing for flexibility and adaptability to various workflow tools.
Coheso's platform, which provides an AI-powered gateway for managing legal and compliance requests, now offers improved capabilities for contract-related tasks. This development follows a strategic investment from Tola Capital, supporting Coheso's vision to transform legal workflows through AI. Coheso will showcase this platform at upcoming industry conferences, including the CLOC Global Institute conference and the ITechLaw World Technology Law Conference.
