Coherent and Eudia Partner to Develop AI-Native Legal Function
Coherent Corp. and Eudia have announced a landmark multi-year partnership to develop a fully AI-native legal function, announced in a press release. This collaboration will see Coherent become the first company to unify its entire legal function through Eudia's Sigma suite of augmented AI agents.
The partnership aims to transform Coherent's legal operations by integrating AI to create, edit, and review documents, build workflows, and develop company-wide systems. This initiative will enable Coherent's legal team to leverage a 'legal brain' for increased efficiency and insights, enhancing key legal domains such as commercial operations, IP, litigation, trade compliance, and regulatory enablement.
Eudia's Sigma suite will allow Coherent's legal team to perform tasks such as instant contract searches, auto-generating summaries, and AI-enhanced document drafting. The deployment will also include Eudia's Cortex, a customizable enterprise AI framework, which will be tailored to Coherent's specific needs through joint design sprints.
This partnership marks a significant shift in how in-house legal functions operate, moving from reactive support to proactive leadership, and setting a new standard for legal transformation.
