CloudHesive has announced a strategic partnership with Teneo.ai to enhance its ConnectPath CX platform with AI-driven automation, announced in a press release. This integration aims to provide next-generation conversational AI capabilities, powered by Amazon Connect.

The collaboration introduces Teneo's advanced automation features, including the NLU Accuracy Booster, to the ConnectPath CX platform. This enhancement allows organizations to automate 100% of Level 1 and 50% of Level 2 customer inquiries, achieving up to 30% cost savings. The AI-powered solution boasts a 99% accuracy in customer intent recognition, improving resolution speed and reducing misrouted calls.

ConnectPath CX, a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform, is designed for large-scale contact centers seeking the benefits of Amazon Connect and AWS. The integration with Teneo.ai enables seamless CRM and platform compatibility, supporting systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zendesk, among others.
