CleanSpace Acquires TECHspace, Expands Life Sciences Capabilities

CleanSpace has acquired TECHspace, a Women Business Enterprise and Special Project Delivery firm, to strengthen its national platform in life sciences, healthcare, and advanced technology. TECHspace CEO Jennifer Biro joins CleanSpace as Chief Revenue Officer.

CleanSpace has acquired TECHspace, a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Special Project Delivery (SPD) firm, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to strengthen CleanSpace’s national presence in life sciences, healthcare, and advanced technology markets.

As part of the acquisition, TECHspace CEO Jennifer Biro has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer of CleanSpace. Biro will oversee strategic business initiatives focused on expanding market reach and client partnerships. She previously worked with Turner Construction and has over two decades of experience in compliance-driven projects across healthcare and advanced technology sectors.

TECHspace will continue to operate as a distinct division within CleanSpace, serving as its SPD and WBE arm. This structure expands CleanSpace’s capacity to deliver controlled environment and design-build services across the U.S. and Canada while maintaining a focus on supplier diversity.

CleanSpace CEO George Wiker and President Glenn VandeGrift stated that Biro’s leadership will support the company’s ongoing national and global expansion efforts.
