Clarivate has launched RiskMark, an AI-driven tool designed to expedite trademark conflict assessments by leveraging extensive trademark and litigation data.

Clarivate has launched RiskMark, an AI-powered solution aimed at accelerating trademark conflict assessments, announced in a press release. RiskMark utilizes a combination of global CompuMark trademark data and Darts-ip litigation data to evaluate trademark risks efficiently.

The tool leverages 172.5 million trademark records across 188 jurisdictions and over 5 million global court and administrative records. By integrating generative and predictive AI, RiskMark provides near-instant results on visual, phonetic, connotation, and goods and services relatedness, enabling trademark professionals to make informed decisions quickly.

RiskMark also aids in drafting arguments by generating AI-backed responses grounded in legal principles. This feature helps trademark professionals craft opposition responses and identify potential arguments from opponents, enhancing their ability to protect and create brands with confidence.
