CerraCap Ventures and Impact Venture Capital Merge to Form CerraCap Impact Venture Capital
CerraCap Ventures and Impact Venture Capital have merged to form CerraCap Impact Venture Capital (CIVC), announced in a press release. The new firm aims to create a globally connected venture capital platform supported by an extensive corporate network.
CIVC combines CerraCap’s Sales & Scale commercialization system with Impact Venture Capital’s Corporate Intelligence Platform, offering startups access to enterprise customers, investors, and potential acquirers. The joint platform is designed to shorten the path from early innovation to revenue and exit.
Operating across enterprise AI, cybersecurity, digital health, national security, and advanced computing, CIVC will support companies developing mission-critical technologies. The firm’s footprint spans North America, Europe, India, and emerging markets, enabling early international connectivity for startups.
CIVC’s leadership said the merger formalizes a long-standing collaboration between the two firms. Both organizations are active in the National Venture Capital Association’s corporate venture programs and the Kauffman Fellows Corporate Venture Capital Special Interest Group.
