Care Career Acquires MAS Medical Staffing

Care Career has acquired MAS Medical Staffing, its seventh acquisition in 24 months. The deal adds MAS Medical Staffing's clinician network, client relationships, and MAESTRA engagement technology to Care Career's AI powered workforce platform.

Care Career acquired MAS Medical Staffing, the company announced in a press release on July 24. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition is Care Career's seventh in the past 24 months and expands its healthcare workforce operations in the Northeastern United States. The company said its first acquisition phase now totals more than $150 million in annual revenue.

MAS Medical Staffing brings clinician staffing operations, client relationships, workforce data, and its MAESTRA engagement technology. Care Career plans to integrate MAESTRA's scheduling, credentialing, and communication tools into its AI powered workforce platform.

Care Career has also signed additional letters of intent with other entities, with expected closing dates in the third quarter of 2026. The company expects annual revenue to exceed $250 million by the end of 2026 if those transactions close and organic growth continues.
