Cardinality.ai has launched CardyCares, a comprehensive suite of AI-powered solutions aimed at modernizing Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), announced in a press release. Built on the EmpowerPlatform, CardyCares is designed to automate routine administrative tasks, allowing healthcare staff to focus more on patient care.

The suite includes pre-built solutions for Medicaid, Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), and provider management. By reducing administrative burdens, CardyCares aims to improve outcomes for individuals and families relying on public health programs.

CardyCares integrates over 20 years of Medicaid claims and disbursement expertise from Cardinality.ai's acquisition of ClearCycle in 2021. The suite supports more than 10 healthcare payors, including regional Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, combining operational knowledge with modern innovation to advance care delivery.

Kera Morelock joins as Director of Customer Success and Healthcare Solutions, bringing expertise to help agencies deliver high-quality care. CardyCares addresses challenges such as disconnected platforms and duplicate entry, aiming to simplify management and improve provider enrollment for faster, data-driven results.
