Cadonix Introduces AI Suite to Streamline Wire Harness Production
Cadonix announced in a press release the launch of Cadonix AI, a suite of AI capabilities designed to unify data across the wire harness design and manufacturing process. The new system addresses the industry's reliance on disconnected tools such as PDFs and spreadsheets, which often extend production timelines and increase the risk of errors.
Cadonix AI introduces three core components: Import AI, Build AI, and Harness AI. These tools work together to create a continuous data workflow, allowing information to move seamlessly from design through manufacturing. The suite transforms static documents into structured data and embeds intelligence into each stage of the process.
According to the company, the platform can shorten design to production time from as long as 24 weeks to just hours, particularly benefiting manufacturers with high product variation and low production volumes. Cadonix AI is available to customers now, with early access programs for select features. The company will demonstrate the system at the Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo 2026 at Booth 1300.
