Bristol Myers Squibb has committed to using Veeva Systems Vault CRM, a move announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to transform how healthcare practitioners make informed decisions about innovative medicines. Veeva Vault CRM will embed AI into every step of the customer journey, enhancing the way practitioners receive information and engage with the field force.
The Vault CRM Suite includes AI agents such as Pre-call Agent, Content Agent, Free Text Agent, and Voice Agent, which are expected to be available by December 2025. These tools are designed to advance healthcare practitioner engagement and expedite the delivery of appropriate treatments to patients.
