Bow River Capital Acquires Forecast to Enhance Accelo's PSA Platform
Bow River Capital has completed the acquisition of UK-based Forecast, as announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to bolster Accelo's Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform by integrating Forecast's AI-powered project and resource management solutions.
The acquisition enhances Accelo's capabilities in predictive planning, resource optimization, and intelligent automation. The combined entity will operate from its global headquarters in Denver, Colorado, with additional offices in Wollongong, Australia, and the UK.
The merger is set to provide professional services businesses with improved project profitability, enhanced resource optimization, and streamlined operations. By leveraging AI-powered forecasting and scheduling, the platform aims to maximize resource utilization and minimize bench time, while automating workflows from sales to billing.
Karen Sawyer, CEO of Accelo, expressed enthusiasm for the merger, highlighting the integration of Forecast's AI-powered insights with Accelo's unified PSA platform. Dennis Kayser, Founder and CEO of Forecast, noted the potential for significant product roadmap innovations and strategic client success investments following the acquisition.
