May 15, 2026
Blaize Holdings reported first quarter 2026 revenue of $2.7 million, marking a 172% year-over-year increase, and announced the launch of its Blaize AI Services platform with face recognition as the first application-level AI service.

Blaize announced in a press release its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, reporting revenue of $2.7 million, a 172% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Gross margin rose to 58% from 11% in the previous quarter, while net loss narrowed to $22.7 million from $147.8 million a year earlier. The company reaffirmed its full-year revenue guidance at $130 million.

During the quarter, Blaize introduced the Blaize AI Services platform at GITEX AI 2026, starting with face recognition as its first application-level AI service. The platform is designed to help cloud providers, system integrators, and enterprises deploy AI services more efficiently, adding recurring API-based revenue alongside Blaize’s hardware business.

Blaize also announced four new strategic partnerships. A contract with NeoTensr valued up to $50 million will expand edge AI deployments across Asia Pacific. A collaboration with Nokia Corporation and Datacomm will deliver hybrid AI inference infrastructure in Southeast Asia. Another partnership with Winmate will integrate Blaize chips into rugged platforms for defense and critical infrastructure, with an expected $15 million in business during the first year.

The company strengthened its capital position through a $35 million registered equity offering completed on May 6, 2026. The proceeds will support Blaize’s commercial commitments, further development of the AI Services platform, and advancement of its hybrid rack-scale platform.
